I'm Angelo Palmieri Owner, Designer and Lead Fabricator with Nickel City Metal Works, LLC

For nearly 10 years I have been pursuing the trade of welding and fabrication. My journey with metalwork started at Western Suffolk Boces with certifications in structural steel for Arc Welding 1" Unlimited Plate. After finishing the program I began working as a Teachers Aid and then eventually graduated to a Welding Instructor.

During this time I worked at a few different fabrication shops producing structural sign work and then steel furniture. I found the production of furniture to be very fun and motiving. There was something personal that I could make an objet that people used on a regular basis, something useful and appreciated.

After much thought and planning in April of 2016 Nickel City Metal Works was born here in Buffalo, New York.
